Wonderful learning aid. It lists the innervations which was what I was tested heavily on my exams for anatomy and physiology. Being a massage student, these cards came in very handy.
I find attachments and insertions of muscles hardest to remember. However, the more I studied these flashcards, the easier it got and the more I remembered. I also recommend,
[Anatomy and Physiology Study Guide Key Review Questions and Asnwers with Explanations (Volume 2 Bone Tissue, Skeletal System, Muscle Tissue, Muscular System)], This study guide is a good reference for learning A and P-questions guided me to what to focus on for test preparation.
I also suggest, [Key Facts for Anatomy and Physiology,] )This book is a very valuable reference, the writing is uncomplicated and simple to grasp.
For leisure reading, I also suggest, [The Da Vinci Code] by Dan Brown (Interesting story, can't wait till the movie comes out)

These cards follow the book to a T. They come with several rings that make it easy to break up the stacks into groups to study. I found these to be much easier to work with than the book when studying.
Going back to school, knowing little to nothing about anatomy and physiology, these cards are a God-send. The detail and manner in which one can "flip" through these is simply unbelievable. The quality is excellent, as well. These are cards you will have for a lifetime. Literally.
Follows the text exactly, which helps a lot. Also has a lot of detail. Unfortunately we didn't use them and they were a waste of time.
This is an excellent companion to Joe Muscolino's anatomy muscle book. Each card contains a quick reference on the attachments, actions and ennervation for each muscle. If you learn with repetition and memorization from flash cards, this is great. It's also useful when you just need a few muscles and don't want to haul the whole book around.
